  • Total testosterone – 201 to 993 ng/dL
  • Average total testosterone – 500 to 550 ng/dL

Over fifty, the numbers drop to:

  • Free testosterone – 7.2 to 24.0 pg/mL
  • Total testosterone – 170 to 918 ng/dL
  • Average total testosterone – 400 to 450 ng/dL
